He is lip-syncing most of the song, he is shown getting up at 5:00 a.m., getting ready and heading out to the streets of New York City, where he takes a selfie with fans and texts from inside a taxi cab.
Hanks later meets up with Jepsen in a dressing room and the two dance with several backup dancers in the street.
