Justin Biebier hits the 2015 MTV VMAs stage tonight for the first time since 2010, yeah its been a long time already and he did not disappoint with his highly-anticipated performance of his new singles "Where Are U Now" and "What Do You Mean?" continuously.  The performance started out simply, with Justin coming out in all-black and singing "Where Are U Now" totally solo with little to no production, as soon as the tick tock of a clock started sounding and dancers started hitting the stage, the Bieber's performance turned up.

And He’s better than ever! Justin Bieber performing on the VMAs, his first time doing so in five years, and not only was the performance amazing (and totally live!) but Justin got so emotional, Justin Bieber broke down in tears! OMG our hearts!
