Jharana Bajracharya Rashid is a Nepali model-turned-film actress. She was crowned Miss Nepal in 1997, at the age of sixteen. Winner of Miss Nepal 1997 were she was placed as 1st runner up and was the 1st Miss Nepal to participate in Miss World. She had also done Bollywood Movies and recently she is busy with Nepali Movies.
Recently after Sumina Ghimire got married with his pilot boyfriend, Jharana Bajracharya also got married with his boyfriend Rahul Agrawal on Thursday during an intimate wedding ceremony at her own home in Sitapaila. The couple met during the filming for Nepali Movie Safe Landing. They have been together for the past three and a half years. Rahul is a Malaysian Indian living in Kuala Lumpur and professionaly doing family restaurant business. The wedding ceremony was attended by close family and friends of Jharana and Rahul. She looks gorgeous on wedding dress.
After the official ceremony, the family and friends had a soirée at the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu. . The couple is enjoying their on a honeymoon way to Jomsom after staying from in Pokhara.
Jharana Bajracharya had engaged first with North American Citizen Karar Hill in Kathmandu. The engagement was heavily barred from the media and it was only few days later that media and the public realised of the happening. But the relation couldn't last long.
