Hari parajuli Agriculture Minister's Public $exual Harre$ment
Nepal Celebrates Ashar 15th as the day for Farming also known as Ropain Diwas. This day we plant paddy in the field and also play with the mud while singing various typical songs. This day, usually falls on the last week of June which is also observed as the National Paddy Day. In this day, Nepalese people sing various traditional Asare Bhaka, dance, splash mud to each other and have a feast of beaten rice and curd popularly known as 'Dahi-Chiura'.
This year also locals of Mulpani had organized the usual Ropain progarm to mark the day. For this special occasion, they had called Agriculture Minister Hari Prasad Parajuli as the main guest. Here, he was called at sharp 1 pm for the program. But, he was late and finally arrived at 3 pm. Then he was asked to inaugurate new machine which was going to be used for the first time in Ropain, which he could only accomplish only after many attempts.
But the most shocking thing which was seen there was the ill manner of the minister. The minister, Hari Prasad Parajuli was seen $exually harre$ing one woman in the program who was trying to avoid the minister. He was seen touching the woman in very ill mannered which was making the woman to akward as well the ones who were witnessing the actions. This kind of low mentality of Minister in public has ashamed even the governments of Nepal.
