About the song, Salman Khan said, "This is one of the film’s better songs. Many told me to use this as a promotional song. But I told them that this film doesn’t need another song for promotion. But when Pritam made me listen to the song, I got a bit greedy to incorporate this song. This song is not there in the film, but we’ll consider adding it later on depending on the run that the film has."
